Our Methodology
Our methodology is not a recruitment process. It is an investigative protocol — the same structured methods developed within specialist units of the UK Police Force, applied to the search for automotive talent.
Investigation
Every engagement begins as an investigation. Before a single candidate is approached, we establish strategic clarity — the objectives underpinning the hire, the tactical outcomes required, and the technical capabilities demanded.
We map the market: competitors, local candidates, compensation levels, and an honest assessment of attainability.
Then we search. Every lead followed, every thread pulled, every rabbit hole explored until the strongest candidates are found.
The Interview
Our interviewing techniques were developed as detectives in the UK Police Force, where we investigated some of the most serious and complex offences within specialist units. We apply the same structured frameworks used to interview witnesses and suspects.
Witness-level interviewing uses cognitive interviewing and conversation management to draw out complete, reliable accounts.
Suspect-level interviewing probes, challenges, and rigorously assesses each candidate against our clients' requirements.
Integrated Candidate Management
From first contact to completed placement, we retain ownership of candidates and the candidate-side process. A single point of ownership means the person who opened the conversation runs it to the end.
We manage momentum — interviews scheduled promptly, feedback relayed as it arrives, no candidate left waiting. Candidates are prepared for the resignation conversation and the counter-offer they will almost certainly receive.
Compensation, start dates and conditions are aligned before an offer is made, and regular check-ins protect the placement all the way to a successful start.
Three disciplined stages. One unbroken chain of evidence — from the first briefing to a signed offer.
